Blended Learning: Child & Infant CPR plus First Aid - $65

The purpose of this course is to train lay responders to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situation and recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in children and infants.  This course is conducted in two parts – an online session on the computer and a Skills Practice and Assessment Session.  To receive certification, students must:

  • Complete the applicable online session.
  • Correctly answer at least 80 percent of the questions on the final online exam.

Note: Participants must successfully complete the online session before beginning the Skills Practice and Assessment Session.

  • Attend and participate in the skills practice and assessment session for the course.
  • Demonstrate competency in all required skills listed on the Participant Progress log in the instructor’s manual.

Students must have computer internet access to complete this course.  If you do not have a computer or internet access, you may make an appointment to come to the chapter to complete the online portion of the course. 

The dates listed below are for the Skills Practice and Assessment Session. 

Certificate: Infant & Child CPR valid for 1 year and First Aid valid for 3 years.
