Lifeguard Training

This course is designed to teach lifeguard candidates the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.  The course content and activities prepare candidates to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and prevent drownings and injuries.

The course is approximately 28 and 1/4 hours in length and includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer training and first aid training.  Minimum age for entry into the course is 15 years
